Step 1: Crocheting the Stem

Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic loop (6)
To keep track of where you are, use a stitch marker to mark the beginning and end of each round.
Rnd 2: 6 inc (12)
Rnd 3: 12 sc (12)
Rnd 4: [dec, 2 sc] x 3 (9)
Rnd 5-10: 9 sc (9)
Stuff only the bottom of the stem.
The next rounds is worked Flo.
Rnd 11: Work in FLO, 9 inc (18)
Rnd 12: [inc, 2 sc] x 6 (24)
Sl st end and Fasten off.
Step 2: Crocheting the Eye

[All in White Yarn] Magic loop
Rnd 1: 4 sc in magic loop (4)

Rnd 2: 4 inc (8)
Rnd 3: [sc, inc] x 4 (12)
Rnd 4: 12 sc (12)
Rnd 5: [dec, sc] x 4 (8)
Attach the eyes to the front side of the eye ball, between rounds 3 to 4.
Stuff the eyes.
Rnd 6: dec x 4 (4)
Fasten off with a long tail. Thread a needle with the tail. Use it to pull the yarn tail through the front loops of each stitch and pull it tight.
Step 3: Assemble the stem and eye

Assemble
1. Thread the yarn through the needle, insert the needle into the front loop of the stitch on the mushroom(P.1). Sew along the circle of the mushroom(P.2). Stuff with appropriate stuffing(P.3). Skip 8 sc on the mushroom, and continue connecting(P.4).
2. Using White yarn, randomly embroider spots on the cap.

Change orange yarn.

Assemble
1. Thread the yarn through the needle, insert the needle into the front loop of the stitch on the mushroom(P.1). Sew along the circle of the mushroom(P.2&3). Skip 8 sc on the mushroom, and continue connecting(P.4).
2. Using White yarn, randomly embroider spots on the cap.

Rnd 3: 6 sc (6)
Rnd 4: [sc, inc] x 3 (9)
Rnd 5: [2 sc, inc] x 3 (12)

Sl st end and Fasten off.
Make yellow ribbon between Rnd 5~6.
Insert the hook into the stitch, yarn over the yellow yarn(P.1). Pull through the yarn(P.2). Make a chain stitch(P.3&4).Repeat along the circle of the hat.
